Our story

More Than Just Cat Boarding

They're not just pets. They're family.

At The Feline Nest, we understand how difficult it can be to leave your cat behind while you're away. That's why we've created a peaceful, home-like space where cats can settle in at their own pace, follow familiar routines and receive the individual attention they deserve.

Some cats want to explore. Some want to play. Some want cuddles. And some simply want a quiet corner until they're ready.

We respect them all.

Our philosophy is simple: never force a cat to fit into our routine. Instead, we adapt our care around theirs.

Our approach

Comfort Before Companionship

Some cats are social. Some aren't. And that's perfectly okay.

At The Feline Nest, your cat isn't expected to immediately mingle with unfamiliar cats. We observe their temperament, give them time to settle and respect their need for space, comfort and security.

A shy cat deserves patience. An independent cat deserves space. A playful cat deserves enrichment. Every cat deserves kindness.

FAQ

Questions cat parents ask

Can I visit before booking?

Of course, and we encourage it. Message us on WhatsApp to pick a time within our opening hours, 8:30 AM – 10 PM.

Will my cat have to share space with other cats?

Only if they're comfortable. We never force introductions. Shy or independent cats have their own space, and our Private Suite gives them a room to themselves.

How will I know how my cat is doing?

You'll get photo and video updates on WhatsApp every day of the stay, and you're always welcome to message us for a check-in.

What will my cat eat?

Meals are included and served on your cat's usual schedule. If your cat is on a prescription or special diet, please bring their food and we'll follow your instructions.

My cat needs medication. Can you help?

Yes. We give oral medication exactly as instructed. Please bring enough for the full stay, with written dosage details.

What happens if my cat gets unwell?

We'll contact you straight away and take your cat to a nearby vet. Any vet costs are payable by the parent.

Do you board dogs too?

No. The Feline Nest is cats only, which keeps the environment calm and free of barking and dog smells.
